AsIf requests access to your camera and photo library for the following purposes:
We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action. Photos are never uploaded to our servers without being required for AI processing, and they are not retained after processing is complete.

When content is sent to Gemini for processing, it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use Gemini's API under terms that restrict Google from using your data to train their general AI models.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to profile you for purposes unrelated to the app.
The majority of your data — your wardrobe, photos, style preferences, outfit ratings, and usage history — is stored entirely on your device using your device's local storage. It does not leave your device unless you explicitly use the backup/export feature or trigger an AI analysis.
The small amount of data stored in the cloud (your anonymous ID and vision credit balance) is held in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
Your subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, a dedicated subscription infrastructure provider. We never see or store your payment card details — all payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play.

AsIf can send push notifications for daily outfit reminders and completion alerts (e.g. when a wardrobe scan finishes). These are entirely optional and off by default. You can enable or disable them at any time in the app's Profile tab or in your device's notification settings.
AsIf is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You have full control over your data:
Local data (wardrobe, style profile, ratings) remains on your device until you reset the app or uninstall it. Cloud data (anonymous ID and vision credit balance) is retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your cloud record within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of AsIf after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
